Considered one of the finest grands crus in Chablis, Valmur hails from a small valley in the heart of Chablis’ grands crus vineyards, butting up to Les Clos on the east, with Vaudésir to the north and Grenouilles to the south. Kimmeridgian limestone with marl topsoil. Fermented entirely in oak puncheons for 8 to 10 months.
