Domaine Vocoret Chablis 2024
The 2024 Domaine Vocoret Chablis embodies the crystalline austerity and mineral purity of Chablis from a storied Burgundian domaine. It reveals a precise tension with bright citrus lift and a subtle saline thread that evokes its Kimméridgien limestone origins.

From the Archive
Since 1867, the Vocorets have been growing vines on the clay-chalk hillsides of Chablis,
producing wines of pedigree, authenticity and consistency. Although challenging, the cool climate of the region gives the grape a signature high acidity, crisp balance, and bright mineral expression.
The nose is fresh and crisp with green apple, green pear, citrus (lemon), and sea shell/iodine minerality. Bright, cool citrus (lemon) and green apple and pear are echoed in the flavors. The wine structure is lean yet has a crisp, racy minerality with a persistent finish.
