An exuberantly bright pétillant rosé crafted in the ancestral tradition from Gamay Saint‑Romain grown on granitic, sandy foothill soils of the Loire Volcanique this wine offers joyous vivacity and crystalline freshness. The gently effervescent mousse carries notes of ripe raspberry, pear and delicate floral lift in a light, graceful frame. Vinification
Pressed directly, cool settling, indigenous yeast alcoholic fermentation in tank at low temperature. Méthode ancestrale: bottling at 7% alc., fermentation continues, finishing at 9% alc. with 5 bars of pressure. Disgorged.
