This variety is tender and delicate, it combines freshness and suppleness to represent a happy medium in the range of Alsace wines. With great power and remarkable fruitiness, the wines of Val Saint Grégoire present a sumptuous balance.
In the mouth while being dry, it gives off a roundness, a subtlety and a reserve of good quality. It has an enveloping persistence in the mouth but which is never excessive. Suitable for terrines, pâtés, various salads.
