The Klee Pinot noir represents 10 family-owned vineyards located in the Willamette Valley. the fruit is about 20 percent organic. The Klee Willamette Valley Pinot noir is produced using native fermentation — both primary and secondary. Chris suggests paring this wine with coq au vin but says that it could pair with many dishes; this is the ultimate food wine.
