From the Archive
of Grande Montagne, a small island of vines high up among bare hillside which is too rocky to be planted. The minerality of this wine, just two barrels of which have been made, is evident from the gunflint-infused nose. Chewy with real grip and spice, this is a wine of remarkable weight and density.
