The vineyard is located at the bottom of the hill on lightly chalky soils mixed with marl and clay, according to the depth that can go over one meter.
Wine Characteristics : This is a vermeil wine, with a ruby shade that sometimes leans towards garnet and dark purple. Very ripe fruit with a spicy background creates an assorted bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and blackcurrant. The complexity of refined aromas evolves with age to cherry spirits, leather, and fur. A wine to be aged, of course, balancing richness and tannins. It must develop its structure and boldness in the bottle.
