This 2022 Gilgal Brut from the Golan Heights Winery is crafted in the traditional method using equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the northern Galilee. It shows bright, delicate layers of orange blossom, green apple, tropical fruit and wild strawberry atop a refined structure from extended lees aging of at least one year in bottle.
