A pale golden Meursault from François Mikulski, the 2023 bottling unfolds with mineral precision and an airy elegance. Refined citrus and white fruit notes drift from the glass, underpinned by subtle hints of marjoram, bergamot and chalky limestone.

Vineyard & Cellar

- Each parcel vinified separately. Direct pneumatic pressing, 1-2 days settling, alcoholic fermentation in barrel, (maximum 30% new). Racked after 12 months, aged for additional 6 months in 5 to 6-year-old barrels, unfined, light Kieselguhr filtration

Soils are plowed, compost is organic, and a very careful pruning limits yields. François’ goal is to preserve minerality and the specific character of each appellation.
