From the Archive
From the right side of the Serein River, the “Vaucoupin” vineyard is the hill after the “Montée de Tonnerre” and “Mont de Milieu”, and is near the village of Chichee. Situated with the same quality exposure as the Grands Crus, the Vaucoupin produces rich, ripe fruit blended with soft mineral and stone aromas. Lime-clay soils with Kimmeridgian fossils. Fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks.
