A wonderfully balanced Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape, this domaine’s 2020 vintage offers layers of ripe blackberry and darker cherry fruit with lifted spice, violets and subtle garrigue notes. It is supple and elegantly structured, medium‑bodied with a polished, layered texture and a generous, rounded finish.

- Vinification
- Our red Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made in the traditional way. The vines are between 35 and 75 years old. The grapes harvested manually, are destemmed at 60%. Fermentation is followed by thermoregulation, it lasts 25 to 35 days.
- Aging
- Breeding: The wines are aged in oak barrels, in 1/2 muids, in concrete vats and barrels over a period of 12 months.
