- Direct pressing, light settling of must, alcoholic fermentation 90% in stainless steel tanks, 10% in older Burgundian barrels. Aged for 15 months.

Plantation density is 8,000 vine stocks per hectare. Guyot pruning and de-budding to restrict yields. Soils are plowed as needed and harvest is by hand.
Terroir: Facing south/southwest at 230-280-meters elevation. Slope 5%- 20%. Bathonian and Bajocian-era clay-limestone soils.
