All 12 hectares of Yann Flandre's estate are recognised as Premier Cru vineyards. On these he waits until the last nail-biting minute for grapes to ripen. Once they're pressed, the wine is aged in stainless steel for a year. This brings you some of the tastiest fruit-forward Chardonnay in Burgundy. Its mineral notes of peaches and white flowers are chased by a long, delectable finish.
A relatively complex wine which combines a fruitiness and citrus component with the minerality of the terroir. The mouth feel follows the nose flavors with a certain power and gourmet feeling. Excellent finish and length!
