Clos Tamisot, a 1.5-hectare monopole planted in 1922 and 1945, is referred to as Pierre’s
, as it is located right behind the Damoy family residence (it is also Pierre's favorite). The well-draining clay and limestone soil fosters intricate complexity in these very old vines’ small yields. A top site of Gevrey Villages. A wine that you would expect from the Gevrey Chambertin Appellation with its earthy, herbal nose and great depth and length. A litte bit of minerality makes the finish balanced and structured.
