Wine Information
The Klee Pinot noir represents 10 family-owned vineyards located in the Willamette Valley. the fruit is about 20 percent organic. The Klee Willamette Valley Pinot noir is produced using native fermentation — both primary and secondary. the wine is aged in French oak barrels (10 percent new) for 11 months. Chris suggests paring this wine with coq au vin but says that it could pair with many dishes; this is the ultimate food wine.
